Role Overview
As a Field Sales Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our installer network in Germany. You will bridge the gap between BYD‘s advanced residential energy storage solutions and the market, ensuring our partners are well-supported, informed, and equipped to succeed.
Responsibilities:
Voice of the Customer: Gather and synthesize feedback from installers regarding BYD residential energy storage products to drive continuous improvement.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends and competitor developments within the German energy sector.
Consultative Selling: Advise customers on BYD product specifications, integrated solutions, and available regional financial incentives.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key installers and strategic partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the sales, technical support, and product management teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Field Management: Conduct regular on-site visits to customers to provide hands-on support and maintain market presence.
Ideal candidate profile:
Professional Experience: 1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the renewable energy, photovoltaics (PV), or electrical engineering industries.
Technical Proficiency: A strong understanding of battery storage systems, solar PV, or energy management systems (EMS) is highly preferred.
Communication: Exceptional Interpersonal, persuasion, and communication skills with a strong customer-centric mindest.
Soft Skills: Self-motivated and results-driven with a collaborative team spirit.
Requirements: Valid Class B Driver‘s License (mandatory).
Languages: Native or business-level fluency in German and English (written and spoken).
