About BYD Auto Hungary
On 22 December 2023, BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged, Hungary, which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.
BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic HR System Development Specialist to join our Country HR Team.
We are looking for an HRIS Implementation & Integration Specialist to support BYD’s HR digitalization journey in Hungary. In this role, you will lead and coordinate HR systems implementation and integration activities—especially around payroll, attendance, and employee master data—while ensuring smooth collaboration between local teams and global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead HRIS implementation and system integration projects across HR, payroll, and attendance domains.
Manage end-to-end integrations between global and local HR systems, ensuring data consistency and process alignment.
Coordinate requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Ensure accurate and compliant handling of Hungarian payroll and attendance requirements within system design and interfaces.
Support employee master data governance, data quality, and ongoing system improvements.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (HR, Finance, IT, Operations) and international stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
Create and maintain project documentation (process flows, specifications, test plans, go-live checklists).
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, IT, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
Minimum 3–7 years of experience in HRIS implementation, HR systems integration, or HR digitalization roles
Proven experience implementing or integrating payroll and attendance systems
Experience working with manufacturing companies or large workforce environments preferred
Experience integrating global and local HR systems is highly preferred
Experience working in international companies, preferably with Asian or Chinese HQ, is a strong advantage
Nice to have
10+ years of professional recruitment experience in Hungary.
