About Network Department
Network Department is responsible for the dealer management, expansion, performance evaluation, and showroom construction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation and promotion of network development projects and follow up on project milestones.

• Coordinate monthly meetings between headquarters and regional teams, and track key action items.

• Provide operational and administrative support for other network management activities as required.

• Establish information-sharing mechanisms to promote efficient communication and collaboration across markets.

Required skills, qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Automotive, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.

•  Experience in network management, project management, or marketing promotion; experience in cross-market coordination is a plus.

•  Proficient in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with project management tools is preferred.

•  Problem-solving ability, capable of following up on project execution and establishing closed-loop management.

• Highly responsible and proactive, able to work efficiently in a multi-task environment, detail-oriented, with strong planning and organizational skills.
