We are looking for a Business Analyst who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, helping to drive digital transformation within our European operations.

Your Role

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to identify requirements, implement system improvements, and support the ongoing development of our digital platforms. You will play a key role in ensuring that our systems effectively support business operations and future growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and identify business requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications.

• Prepare detailed requirement documentation and lead requirement review processes.

• Evaluate and confirm product solutions to ensure they meet operational needs.

• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality.

• Develop system operation manuals and user training materials.

• Deliver training sessions to support effective system adoption.

• Contribute to IT planning initiatives within your business domain.

• Manage system maintenance and ongoing operational improvements.

• Oversee and support system modules including CRM, BGPC, Digital Marketing Platform, and Dealer API Sales Core System.

Your Profile

• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify operational challenges.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Strong analytical thinking and sound judgment when evaluating solutions.

• Ability to manage requirements across their full lifecycle and coordinate cross-functional teams.

• Experience working with CRM, WMS, SAP, or similar enterprise systems.

• Experience in the automotive industry and BI knowledge is considered an advantage.

• Professional working proficiency in English, Chinese is considered an advantage.
