Your Mission
As Training Administration – After Sales, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the After Sales Training function, ensuring the smooth planning, coordination, and execution of training activities for BYD’s dealer network and internal teams. Your role will be key in guaranteeing accurate training records, efficient logistics coordination, compliance with internal procedures, and a high-quality training experience for technicians, service advisors, and aftersales professionals across the network.
What You’ll Be Doing
Training Planning & Coordination ; Support the planning, scheduling, and coordination of After Sales training sessions (technical, product, systems, and safety training). Coordinate training calendars in alignment with After Sales, Technical, and Dealer Development teams. Manage participant registrations, confirmations, attendance lists, and follow-up communications.
Administrative & Documentation Management; Prepare and manage all administrative documentation related to training programs, including registrations, attendance records, certificates, evaluations, and internal reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records in internal systems and learning platforms (LMS). Ensure proper documentation and traceability in compliance with company policies and audit requirements.
Dealer & Stakeholder Support; Act as the main administrative contact point for dealers regarding training logistics, schedules, and documentation. Support communication with internal departments (After Sales, Technical, HR, Finance) and external training providers. Assist in resolving administrative or logistical issues related to training activities.
Logistics & Operational; Support Coordinate training logistics, including training rooms, equipment, vehicles, tools, materials, and travel arrangements when required. Support the preparation and distribution of training materials (presentations, manuals, technical documentation). Ensure training sessions are properly set up and executed according to internal standards.
Reporting & Data Management; Prepare training reports and dashboards (attendance, completion rates, certification status, training hours). Monitor training KPIs and support management with data analysis and follow-up actions. Ensure data accuracy across training tools, systems, and reports.
Process Improvement & Compliance ; Support continuous improvement of training administration processes to enhance efficiency and dealer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements. Support audits or internal reviews related to training activities.
What You Bring
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Proactive, highly organized, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the automotive industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
