Key Responsibilities
1. Analyze and monitor aftersales operational costs, including warehousing, logistics, and spare parts inventory, and identify key cost drivers.
2. Develop data models and dashboards to track key operational KPIs such as inventory turnover, service level, and order fulfillment performance.
3. Support business optimization initiatives through structured data analysis and performance monitoring.
4. Provide data-driven insights and reporting to support operational improvements and management decision-making.
5. Collaborate with aftersales teams, supply chain, and finance to enhance operational efficiency and improve cost transparency.

Requirement

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in data analysis, supply chain analytics, or operations controlling.
3. Strong skills in data analysis tools (SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau, advanced Excel).
4. Understanding of spare parts supply chain, warehouse operations, or logistics processes.
