Your Mission
Drive the expansion, optimization and performance of the dealer network across the national territory, ensuring alignment with business strategy, brand standards and customer experience targets.
What You’ll Be Doing
Network Development & Strategy
Identify and develop new strategic locations and market opportunities.
Implement and oversee the network development strategy, including dealer appointments, renewals and rollout of new retail formats in line with HQ guidelines.
Facility & Brand Standards Compliance
Ensure dealer facilities comply with corporate standards (construction, design and operations).
Conduct audits and follow up on compliance with safety, environmental and brand requirements.
Dealer Performance & Business Monitoring
Monitor dealer performance against business plans and KPIs (sales, after-sales, profitability).
Ensure preparation, submission and follow-up of annual business plans.
Support dealers in improving operational efficiency and profitability.
Customer Experience & Capability Development
Track customer satisfaction indicators and support improvement actions.
Drive dealer capability development aligned with brand standards.
Project & Internal Coordination
Manage network-related projects, ensuring timelines, quality and cost control.
Coordinate with internal teams and support distributors in implementing corporate initiatives.
Business & Process Management
Analyze dealership and network financial performance, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.
Monitor overall network KPIs and propose action plans.
Identify inefficiencies and standardize processes across the network.
What You Bring
5+ years of experience in Network Development, preferably within automotive (OEM, importer or dealership).
Strong understanding of dealer business models, KPIs and network operations.
Experience in business planning, financial analysis and performance monitoring.
Project management and process improvement experience.
Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plus.
Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Spanish and English (high level) required.
High availability to travel.
