To support our after-sales service excellence and ensure the smooth operation of spare parts supply, our Commercial Vehicle Spare Parts Department is now seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Warehouse Accounting Specialist to join our team in Zevenbergen, The Netherlands.

Job Overview

As a Warehouse Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, reconciling system data with physical stock, and driving continuous improvement in inventory control processes. Your work will directly contribute to ensuring high inventory accuracy, supporting efficient warehouse operations, and aligning with the company’s financial policies.

Our spare parts warehouse in the Netherlands is strategically located to deliver timely support to our customers, and your role will be critical in keeping inventory under control and optimizing stock management.

Key Job Responsibilities

- Perform regular inventory reconciliation between SAP and WMS stock, ensuring full alignment between system records and physical inventory.

- Analyze inventory discrepancies, conduct in-depth root-cause investigations, and propose practical corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

- Support warehouse cycle counts and annual full stocktaking processes, ensuring high inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards.

- Identify and resolve system exceptions or data inconsistencies in SAP and WMS systems promptly to avoid operational disruptions.

- Collaborate closely with warehouse operations teams to optimize inventory control procedures and enhance reporting accuracy.

- Analyze inventory data and results, and work closely with the Finance Department to ensure financial compliance and transparency.

- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements in inventory management, stock rotation, and data reporting.

- Ensure proper stock rotation following FIFO (First-In-First-Out) and FEFO (First-Expired-First-Out) principles to maintain product integrity and quality.

- Prepare and submit inventory adjustment reports for approval, ensuring all adjustments are fully documented and compliant with company financial policies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) for daily communication, reporting, and cross-departmental collaboration.

- Strong proficiency in Excel or other spreadsheet tools, with advanced skills in data analysis, pivot tables, and report creation.

- Excellent ability to analyze operational data, identify patterns, and conduct root-cause analysis.

- Previous experience with SAP and WMS systems is highly preferred.

- Knowledge of Power BI for data visualization and reporting is an advantage.

- Experience with Python programming for data analysis or process automation is a plus.

- HBO (Hoger Beroepsonderwijs) education level or equivalent.

- Outstanding analytical skills and a strong attention to detail.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, inventory accounting, or related fields.

- High level of accuracy and reliability in handling numerical data and documentation.
