Your mission

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Counsel Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the legal function in managing commercial contracts and providing day-to-day legal assistance to the business. Working closely with senior legal colleagues and cross-functional teams, you will help ensure compliance, mitigate risks, and contribute to the smooth execution of business operations. What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the drafting, review and management of commercial contracts, including procurement agreements, distributor agreements, supply contracts and after-sales service agreements.

• Assist the business team during public procurement procedures by preparing documentation and ensuring legal compliance.

• Provide practical legal support to business stakeholders under the guidance of senior legal team members.

• Help identify legal risks in business activities and escalate when necessary.

• Support in the management of legal disputes, including coordination with external counsel.

• Assist in monitoring and implementing legal compliance policies and procedures.

• Contribute to the preparation of internal guidelines, templates and legal training materials.

• Provide clear and structured legal summaries to support decision-making.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and maintain communication with the legal team at headquarters (Netherlands and China).

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, with knowledge of Spanish law.

• At least 5 years of professional legal experience (in-house or law firm).

• Basic experience or strong interest in commercial contracts and corporate law.

• Understanding of legal compliance principles is a plus.

• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Strong communication skills and willingness to work in an international environment.

• Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team-oriented mindset.

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
