Key Responsibilities:
Strictly execute all repair, testing, and self-inspection tasks with the official Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Complete all assigned daily tasks within the specified time frame.
Report work status updates, completion confirmations, and any abnormalities or issues encountered during shift.
Perform daily maintenance of all tools, testing equipment, and the workstation.
Maintain the highest quality standard for all reworked units.
Conduct a self-inspection at the end of each task or batch.
Your Profile：
Work experience in a manufacturing field, production or after-sales service is preferred.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Battery working background.
English proficiency is required; German or Chinese is a plus.
Acceptable for high business travel frequency (approx. 30%).
