Project Management Specialist-Aftersales (NL)

About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive General Assistant (GA) to join our European Passenger Car Aftersales Service Center – a key hub supporting our aftersales operations across Europe. You’ll provide comprehensive administrative, coordination, and support services to the team, working in a dynamic, multicultural environment with opportunities to collaborate across technical, parts, training, and commercial teams.
What You’ll Do
Responsible for the planning, progress tracking, risk identification and closed-loop management of after-sales projects to ensure on-time delivery.
Assist in building the PMO management system, including project ledger, weekly/monthly reports, milestone tracking, meeting minutes and action item follow-up.
Conduct cross-department and cross-region coordination with business, overseas country and middle-platform teams to drive key deliverables.
Monitor key project progress, proactively identify risks including schedule delays, resource shortages and process bottlenecks, and drive problem resolution and closure.
Support project meetings, including topic collection, material preparation, on-site coordination, minute drafting and action tracking.
Compile and analyze project data and operational indicators, and prepare management reports to support business decisions.
Handle English email communication, cross-border meetings, project documents and presentations to ensure accurate and efficient global communication.
Qualification and requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Project Management, Business Administration, English, Automotive, Engineering, Supply Chain or related fields is preferred.
2+ years of experience in project management, operation management, PMO administration or cross-functional project coordination.
Solid project execution ability; capable of independent progress tracking, risk identification and issue closed-loop management.
Fluent in English (written & verbal); able to independently conduct English business communication, meeting facilitation, minute taking and report drafting.
PMP, PRINCE2 or other project management certifications are preferred.
