 Key Responsibilities:

• Take overall responsibility for the promotion of local performance development in Europe;

• Coordinate the analysis of competitive performance products in the European market.

• Improve the subjective evaluation standards for performance in Europe.

• Standardize the objective performance evaluation standards within the organization.

• Coordinate the verification and acceptance of local competitiveness in performance.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Bachelor degree or above, major in: automotive, mechanical, electronic information engineering, intelligent driving related, intelligent driving algorithm related is preferred;

• Can solve work problems independently;

• Have the ability to summarize and explain the problem, can clearly describe the reasons for the loss in the report and summarize the research direction from the failure;

• English can be used as a working language;

• Team work spirit, excellent organization and communication skills.
