 Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the subjective evaluation of the whole vehicle in the European market, and carry out the real vehicle evaluation around the dimensions of power, driving, handling stability, braking, steering, chassis comfort, NVH, cockpit interaction, ADAS and charging experience.

• Responsible for the planning and execution of European typical roads and test scenarios, including urban roads, expressways, mountain roads, rural roads, damaged roads, rain and snow roads and special conditions in the test field.

• Responsible for the subjective evaluation and benchmarking analysis of European competing models, and output the benchmarking conclusions of driving experience, comfort, functional experience, perceived quality and user experience.

• Establish and improve the subjective evaluation template, scoring criteria, test route, problem recording method and report template to improve the standardization and reproducibility of the evaluation work.

• Responsible for problem discovery, recurrence, description and preliminary analysis in the test process, output user impact, risk level and optimization suggestions, and assist the R & D team to promote problem closed-loop.

• Combining with the needs of European users, road characteristics, regulatory environment, dealer feedback and media evaluation, it outputs product optimization suggestions to support vehicle development and quality improvement before listing.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Bachelor Degree or above, major in Vehicle Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic and Electrical Engineering is preferred.

• Experience in vehicle testing, subjective evaluation, competitive benchmarking, road testing or vehicle development verification.

• Familiar with the basic structure and evaluation methods of the vehicle. Understand the power, chassis, braking, steering, intelligent cockpit, ADAS, air conditioning comfort and other systems.

• With certain vehicle subjective evaluation ability, and can evaluate driving experience, ride comfort, functional convenience and perceived quality from the perspective of European users.

• Familiar with European road environment and driving habits, with European road test experience is preferred.

• Understand the basic management rules and safety requirements in the test site, and be able to carry out vehicle testing, road use, speed control, site reservation and safety protection according to the regulations of the test site.

• Hold a legal driver's license in Europe, have good driving ability and safety awareness, and be able to adapt to long-distance road tests and business trips in Europe.

• Good problem analysis, report writing and cross-team communication skills.
