Job Description
Responsible for solving hardware and software problems of desktop systems, including system installation, configuration, domain joining, upgrade, operation, maintenance and management of devices such as desktops, laptops and Mac computers, to ensure the normal operation of desktop systems;
Handle the installation, configuration and maintenance of common desktop application software, including anti-virus software, office software, VPN, email, etc.;
Peripheral device maintenance: maintain peripheral devices such as printers and scanners to ensure their normal operation;
Network troubleshooting: solve computer network problems to ensure stable network connection;
Respond to users' IT consultation and IT support requests in a timely manner, and provide technical support to users through on-site investigation, telephone, instant messaging tools and other methods;
Assist and cooperate with the headquarters IT department to complete the management of user IT permissions;
System optimization and upgrade: conduct system performance analysis and optimization according to business requirements, and upgrade system software and hardware regularly;
Improve documents related to desktop operation and maintenance, and provide training for business colleagues.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree or above in computer-related majors, with more than 1 year of desktop operation and maintenance experience;
Familiar with the deployment, optimization and troubleshooting of mainstream operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux), with experience in Active Directory (AD) domain management;
Proficient in hardware fault diagnosis and maintenance, able to independently complete equipment selection, procurement and life cycle management;
Capable of formulating operation and maintenance processes, SLA standards and emergency response plans;
Excellent cross-departmental collaboration ability, able to cooperate efficiently with network and security teams;
Capable of compiling standardized operation and maintenance manuals and fault handling guidelines, and organizing regular internal training;
Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to quickly locate complex problems and promote problem closure through logical analysis;
Fluent in English.
岗位描述:
1、负责解决桌面系统的硬件和软件问题,包括电脑、笔记本、苹果电脑等设备安装系统、配置、加域、升级、运行维护与管理,保障桌面系统正常运行;
2、对常用桌面应用软件的安装、配置与维护,包括杀毒软件、办公软件、VPN、邮箱等;
3、外围设备维护:维护外围设备,如打印机和扫描仪等,以确保其正常工作;
4、网络故障处理:处理电脑网络问题,确保网络连接;
5、及时响应用户的IT咨询及IT保障请求,通过现场排查、电话、及时通信工具等方式,向用户提供技术支持服务;
6、协助并配合总部IT部门完成用户IT权限管理;
7、系统优化与升级:根据业务需求,进行系统性能分析和优化,定期升级系统软件和硬件;
8、完善桌面运维相关文档,培训赋能业务同事。
任职要求:
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历,3年以上桌面运维经验,其中至少1年团队管理经验;
2、熟悉主流操作系统(Windows/macOS/Linux)的部署、优化及故障排查,具备域控(AD)管理经验;
3、精通硬件故障诊断及维修,能独立完成设备选型、采购及生命周期管理;
4、具备团队管理经验,能制定运维流程、SLA标准及应急预案;
5、优秀的跨部门协作能力,能与网络、安全团队高效联动;
6、能编写标准化运维手册、故障处理指南,并定期组织内部培训;
7、责任心强,具备快速定位复杂问题的能力,能通过逻辑分析推动问题闭环;;
8、英语流利,接受外派中东非地区。
