About the Role

This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working at the intersection of logistics operations, business systems, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Logistics Systems & Digitalization

• Support the implementation, enhancement, and rollout of logistics-related systems across Europe

• Assist in translating business requirements into system solutions and process improvements

• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), issue tracking, and solution validation

• Support system optimization initiatives and identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, IT teams, compounds, and logistics service providers during project implementation

• Business Process Improvement

• Analyze current logistics processes and identify improvement opportunities

• Support process standardization and digitalization initiatives

• Document business requirements, workflows, and operational procedures

• Assist in developing and maintaining process documentation and user guidelines

• Data & Operational Analysis

• Support logistics KPI reporting and operational performance monitoring

• Analyze logistics data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities

• Assist in developing dashboards, reports, and data validation mechanisms

• Ensure data quality and consistency across logistics systems and operational reports

• Operational Support

• Support compounds, transportation suppliers, and internal stakeholders with system and process-related inquiries

• Investigate operational and system-related issues and coordinate follow-up actions

• Assist with data validation, exception management, and issue resolution when required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above

• Fluent English capable of being used as the primary working language

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a strong plus

Required Skills

• Experience in logistics, supply chain operations, business systems, or digitalization projects

• Understanding of transportation, inventory management, vehicle distribution, or related logistics processes

• Experience with logistics or enterprise systems such as TMS, WMS, SAP, CRM, MES, or similar platforms is an advantage

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Advanced Excel skills required

• Experience with Power BI, SQL, Power Query, or other reporting tools is highly preferred

• Ability to work with data and translate operational challenges into practical solutions
