About the Department:
The Key Account department is responsible for prospecting and maintaining international and national fleet customers. In addition, collecting market information and supporting country managers and local Key Account team in approaching local fleet customers.
About the role:
Mainly responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts in dedicated area, understanding the specific needs and requirement of each account, developing strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability, work closely with the country manager and local fleet manager to develop local fleet business and gather market data.

About the role:
Mainly responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key accounts in dedicated area, understanding the specific needs and requirement of each account, developing strategic plans to maximize sales and profitability, work closely with the country manager and local fleet manager to develop local fleet business and gather market data.
Key responsibilities:
· Building and maintaining relationships with clients and dealers.
· Support the building and maintenance of relationships with key clients, dealers, and external partners.
· Assist in identifying new business opportunities within the designated region.
· Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with existing accounts. Meeting sales targets for region & local teams, monitoring & reporting sales targets and action plan per country.
· Training and managing cooperative areas and external partners in designated region.
· Prepare customer proposals and quotations, including leasing calculations and end-to-end offer management.
· Support the training and coordination of cooperative areas and external partners.
· Work collaboratively with cross-functional and internal teams (marketing, product, finance, aftersales) to ensure a smooth customer experience.
· Assist in collecting and compiling market data to support business development activities.
Qualifications and Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree or above.
· More than 3 years of experience in fleet business of automotive industry and sales area.
· Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasks.
· Self-motivated, responsible, and independent.
· Perfect interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
· Fluent in Hungarian and English, Chinese will be a plus.
