Location: Schiedam, Netherlands

About the role: The Product design section provides product visualizations for bus tenders and market promotions, and design solutions for new product developments and localizations. For this role, you will work on site and will be responsible for generating product drawings and renderings to support commercial vehicle product development, tender projects, exhibitions, and product communication activities.

Key responsibilities:

· Product visualization for supporting tender and sales activities

· Product visualization for product Design and development

· Product Description content generation, document maintenance and improvement

· Product visualization asset and process maintenance and improvement

Main duties:

· Create interior and exterior renderings for commercial vehicles tender projects. Ensure rendering outputs are accurate, clear, and aligned with product specifications.

· Create 3D diagrams, exploded views, layout visuals, and technical illustrations. Support the preparation of Product Description booklets for new products and product upgrades.

· Work with engineering teams to understand product details and translate technical information into readable visual materials. Improve the clarity and consistency of visual communication in product documents.

· Maintain and improve standardized templates and workflows to support frequent tender drawing requests efficiently.

· Support major exhibition projects by preparing vehicle visuals, brochures, videos, and presentation materials in coordination with marketing and product teams.

· Optimize, and manage 3D models from engineering and product teams. Maintain reusable 3D assets, including seats, handrails, flooring, interior components, etc. Support the standardization of rendering templates, model libraries, and visualization workflows to improve efficiency.

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in industrial product/automotive design or related fields. 1-2 years of work experience in a trans-global business environment in the design, development, production of high-tech products is a plus.

· Sufficient know-how of 2D visual editing, 3D modeling and rendering with Rhino, V-Ray for Rhino, Photoshop, Siemens NX and Microsoft office apps.

· Full professional proficiency of English. Full professional proficiency of Chinese is a plus.
