 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain overseas markets and customers, expand international business scale and achieve sales targets. Collect market demands, control business risks, build up overseas brand image and ensure sustainable business growth.

• Conduct overseas market expansion and regional research, analyze industry trends, competitors and local policies.

• Develop overseas customers, agents and distributors, and establish long-term cooperative customer files.

• Attend international exhibitions and develop customers via online platforms including Alibaba, Made-in-China, independent websites and social media, to tap potential clients actively.

• Maintain regular customer communication, conduct periodic follow-up visits, launch new product updates and sustain long-term customer relationships.

• Handle customer complaints, quality disputes, after-sales claims, and coordinate product return & replacement issues.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Fluent in English; skilled in business English writing & reading, email communication and face-to-face reception for overseas clients. German language skill is a plus.

• Strong communication, teamwork and stress resistance capabilities.

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in sales is preferred.
