About the Role

As BYD's Operations Specialist , you will oversee order & planning, logistics, dealer & KA distribution, and operations improvement. You will optimize vehicle inventory, manage end-to-end logistics, enhance customer satisfaction, and lead a local operations team. Join us to drive the future of sustainable transportation.

Key Responsibilities

Order & Planning

• Wholesale delivery

• Production forecasting (new model launch, phase-out, KA)

• Stock management: MOS

• Production coordination with global factories

Logistics

• Logistics KPIs: lead time, cost per unit

• Logistics cost: actual vs budget, competitiveness

• Logistics planning: factory- port–compound–transportation

• Multi-modal transport network optimization

• Carrier &supplier performance management

Distribution to Dealers & KA

• CM & Sales alignment

• Dealer management: new dealer onboarding, delivery NPS

• KA (Key Account) delivery & relationship

Operation Management Improvement

• Team management & team building

• Operational excellence: IT system,etcs

• Process setup

• Budget ownership & cost analysis

Requirements

Experience & Education

• 8+ years in logistics, supply chain, planning, or operations

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field

• Automotive OEM experience preferred

• Proven team leadership experience

Skills

• Strong Excel, Power BI, and data analysis skills

• Interest in Transport Management Systems (TMS)

• Experience in demand planning & KPI tracking

Language & Attributes

• Fluent local language and English

• Chinese is an advantage

• Stress-resilient, problem-solving, result-oriented

• Strong prioritization and ownership mindset

Other

• Valid Class B driving license

• Willingness to travel in Germany & Europe
