Your Mission
As a Warranty Specialist, your mission is to ensure an efficient, accurate, and customer-focused warranty operation, providing high-quality support to customers and Service Providers while maximizing customer satisfaction. You will ensure warranty claims are processed in line with company policies, identify opportunities for process improvement, and contribute to building a best-in-class warranty operation through strong data analysis, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
Review and verify warranty claims and reports, ensuring accurate and timely processing of warranty reimbursements in accordance with warranty policies and procedures.
Collect, analyze, and report warranty-related data, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
Provide support to Service Providers by responding to warranty inquiries, clarifying policies, and ensuring a clear understanding of warranty requirements and processes.
Investigate abnormal or complex warranty cases, conduct regular audits, and implement corrective actions to improve claim quality and compliance.
Manage warranty parts, including the auditing, tracking, storage, and disposal process in accordance with company procedures.
Support special warranty events, material verification activities, and other warranty-related projects and processes.
Organize and deliver on-site warranty training sessions for Service Providers, working closely with relevant internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with Customer Service, Aftersales, Technical, Finance, and other relevant departments to ensure efficient resolution of warranty-related topics.
Identify process gaps and contribute to the continuous improvement and standardization of warranty operations.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for management, providing clear insights into warranty performance and key operational indicators.
Perform other warranty-related activities and projects as assigned by the line manager.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Business Administration, Automotive, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in warranty, aftersales, automotive, or a related industry.
Strong understanding of automotive warranty processes, claim management, and aftersales operations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Service Providers and cross-functional teams.
Strong cross-cultural awareness and the ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment.
Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
Comfortable working under pressure while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
