 Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads the identification, evaluation, and securing of charging locations within the assigned region, converting strategic partnerships into executable infrastructure sites.

  • Conducts structured feasibility assessments covering power availability, spatial constraints, permitting pathways, accessibility, and long-term scalability.

  • Works closely with LeadAccount Managers, Network Planning, Grid, and Asset teams to ensure opportunities align with network strategy, technical standards, and financial thresholds before progressing to contract.

  • Maintains active relationships with landlords, developers, utilities, and local authorities to accelerate site maturation and reduce execution risk.

  • Introduces disciplined pipeline management practices that improve throughput while preserving portfolio quality.

  • Provides market intelligence on real estate dynamics, regulatory developments, and competitor activity to inform expansion priorities.

  • Success is measured by delivering construction-ready sites that enable predictable deployment, strong utilization, and sustainable network growth.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• 5+ years’ experience in site acquisition.
• Practical experience with Battery Energy Storage Systems (design, installation, commissioning).
• Established network of local installers, EPCs, grid contractors, and construction companies.
• Strong technical knowledge of LV/MV electrical systems, grid connections, civil works, and commissioning.
• Strong project-management capabilities (PMP/Prince2 is a plus).
• Ability to travel frequently across the country/region.
