About BYD France

BYD France is the French National Sales Company of BYD BV Europe and BYD Company Ltd, a China-based company and a leading global supplier of green energy technologies. BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.

As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing digital transformation projects, from business requirement gathering to system deployment. You will act as a key interface between the local business teams, the EU IT team, and HQ in China. Your mission is to ensure IT solutions are aligned with business needs and are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the collection and analysis of business and user requirements across departments.

2. Translate business needs into clear functional specifications for the development teams.

3. Take ownership of IT project coordination, ensuring timeline, scope and quality are met.

4. Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in current processes and propose system enhancements.

5. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to follow up on issues and system usage.

6. Organize and deliver training sessions to key users and provide ongoing system support.

7. Conduct testing, UAT validation, and ensure successful deployment of new system features.

8. Maintain technical documentation and user guides for local operations.

9. Ensure compliance of IT systems with legal and regulatory requirements, in collaboration with the Legal Department.

• Minimum Bac + 2 in Financial degree  
  

• 1-3 years of experience in a similar finance assistant role.

• Advanced proficiency in English; proficiency in French is essential.

• Chinese will be an addes advantage.
  

• Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with financial functions.

• Experience with SAP is an added advantage.

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to analyze large datasets and pay attention to detail.

Your Profile:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related field.

2. Fluent in French and English; Mandarin is a strong plus. Other European languages are a bonus.

3. Minimum 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, IT project management, or similar roles.

4. Solid understanding of IT project lifecycle, requirement gathering, and stakeholder coordination.

5. Strong analytical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.

6. Able to work independently, with a structured and solution-driven approach.

7. Knowledge of ERP/CRM systems, digital transformation, or business process mapping is a plus.
