BYD Automotive Austria GmbH is the local business entity for the Austrian Market, responsible for the BYD business with our Dealer+ Partner, the DENZA and Flash Charge Business units. With a great team behind and office in the inner city, we search now for a new team member in Aftersales.

Role Summary

This role is responsible for the order-to-invoice operations of the dealer network for parts, accessories, special tools and other aftersales products. It supports dealers in ordering and claims handling, and works closely with customer care and with parts, logistics and planning teams in Europe and China, while supporting management with analysis and reporting.

• Responsible for all order-to-invoice operations for the DENZA dealer network.

• Support dealers in placing and managing orders.

• Manage related order claims.

• Support the DENZA and BYD network in identifying the correct products, orders, BO, and more.

• Collaborate closely with customer care and other departments to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate closely with other parts, logistics and planning departments in Europe and China.

• Support management with analysis and reporting.

• Handle ad hoc activities as required.

Experience & education

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive / e-mobility with an importer or OEM.

• Strong automotive parts business background (parts, accessories and other products).

Skills

• Well organised, with an understanding of differences between countries, cultures and regulations.

• Self-learner, able to identify and solve problems.

• High level of attention to detail, time management and accuracy.

• Proficient in PowerPoint and presentation skills.

Languages

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German language and English is a must

Other

• Valid EU driving license

• Eligible to work in the EU / AT
