Brussels, Belgium | Full-time | Sales (Fleet Sales)

As Remarketing Specialist, you support the Rental & Remarketing Manager and the Fleet Sales team in the daily operations of our remarketing activities: from the return of ex-rental and ex-fleet vehicles to their resale through our dealer network. Based at our Brussels office, you are the operational backbone of the process: you follow up vehicles, files and partners, and you keep information flowing between our dealers, rental companies, compounds and colleagues. You report to the Rental & Remarketing Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Vehicle flow follow-up: Track ex-rental and ex-fleet vehicles from return to resale, keep vehicle status, stock and availability up to date, and flag overstock and ageing vehicles.

• Remarketing administration: Prepare, process and follow up the administrative files: offers, orders, invoices, registration and transfer documents, condition and damage reports. Keep accurate records.

• Process management: Apply, document and improve the remarketing and pre-owned processes, checklists and reporting routines, so that every vehicle is handled swiftly and profitably.

• Partner coordination: Be in daily contact with rental companies, dealers, compounds, transporters and inspection or reconditioning partners to plan collections, inspections, reconditioning and deliveries.

• Dealer support: Act as first operational contact for dealers on used car stock and offers: communicate availability and prices, answer questions and follow up on sales.

• Data and CRM: Maintain vehicle and sales data in our CRM and used car tools and make sure the data is complete and reliable.

• Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports on stock, days in stock, sales and remarketing KPIs, and support the Manager in analyses and forecasts.

• Team support: Support the Rental & Remarketing Manager with contract follow-up, meeting preparation and ad hoc tasks.

Your profile

• Experience: 2 to 4 years in remarketing, used car administration, fleet or sales support, preferably in the automotive industry.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in business, administration or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Skills: Well-organized and detail-oriented, with strong administrative, process and follow-up skills.

• Languages: Fluent in French and Dutch, with professional English as the corporate language.

• Tools: Comfortable with CRM, Excel and used car sales and compound handling tools.

• Mindset: Proactive, reliable and service-minded, at ease with many different partners and able to juggle several files at once.

• Location: Full-time in our Brussels office.
