ob Description – Operations Assistant

Location: Budapest, Hungary
Department: BYD Europe After-sales Department

1. Job Responsibilities

1. Performance & Digital Operations Management

Responsible for establishing and improving the internal KPI performance management system for the European After-sales Department, covering both the central after-sales team and regional market teams. This includes KPI definition, evaluation criteria optimization, performance tracking and data analysis.

Leverage AI tools and digital platforms to develop automated management systems for KPI data analysis, performance evaluation, bonus calculation and incentive applications, driving the digitalization and automation of performance management processes.

2. Office & Administrative Management

Responsible for the daily administrative and operational management of the Budapest After-sales Office, including office supplies procurement, internal budget and expense management, meeting and reception arrangements, and general office coordination.

2. Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree or above. A background in Human Resources Management, Project Management, Data Analytics or related fields is preferred.

Work Experience: 1–3 years of experience in performance management, data analysis or administrative management is preferred.

Technical Skills: Strong data analysis and AI application skills, with the ability to leverage AI tools to develop or optimize data analysis and automated management systems.

Language Skills: Good command of both Chinese and English, with the ability to communicate independently with different European markets and cross-functional teams.
