About the Department:

EU CV Aftersales team is responsible for EU tenders preparation and management from the aftersales perspective, including warranty, LCC, full service quotation and finance date analysis.

As the Tender Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the success of our aftersales tender processes. 

Responsible:

• Support the tender team to perform quotation calculations (life cycle cost calculations), data collection and analysis;
• Communicate internally with Sales, tender, and finance team, prepare reports, arrange project meetings and cooperate with auditing requirements
• Strive to continuously improve the tender process;
• Obtain feedback from customers and colleagues to continuously improve our tender process;
• Periodically review ongoing tenders and summarize similarities and differences in customer requirements.
• As part of the pricing team, calculate TCO (Total Cost of Ownership), LCC (Life Cycle Cost), and other key components.
• Optimize pricing strategies based on product upgrades, technological advancements, competitor analysis, and cost analysis.
• Conduct pricing data analysis by comparing estimated costs with actual costs.
• Streamline and enhance internal operational procedures.

Qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, financial modeling, and LCC (Life Cycle Cost) calculations.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools; experience with Python or similar programming languages is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• 5 years of working experience. Prior experience in the automotive or commercial vehicle industry, particularly in pricing, tendering, or aftersales, is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to improve processes.
• Familiarity with TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analysis is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
