About the Job
As a Product Manager in our National Sales Company (NSC), you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of assigned vehicle models, ensuring their competitiveness in the market, and driving business performance. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders, including sales, marketing, technical teams, and headquarters, to optimize product positioning and develop strategies that align with market demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Analysis & Strategy: Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to define pricing, positioning, and product strategy.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the introduction, evolution, and phase-out of vehicle models, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Sales & Profitability Optimization: Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales volume, revenue, and profitability for assigned models.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work cross-functionally with teams from sales, marketing, aftersales, and headquarters to ensure seamless execution of product-related initiatives.
- Pricing & Incentive Planning: Define pricing strategies and promotional campaigns to enhance competitiveness and sales performance.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure products meet local regulatory and homologation requirements.
- Launch Management: Plan and execute successful product launches, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Customer & Dealer Engagement: Gather feedback from dealers and customers to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Several years of experience in automotive product management, marketing, or sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis tools, and product management software.
- Passion for the automotive industry and strong knowledge of vehicle features and market dynamics.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
