 Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the legal affairs of the overseas factory's operations; Setting up a compliance management system and legal affairs management system of the overseas factory; Formulating mechanisms for risk prevention and control, emergency handling and response;
• Researching laws and policies related to the business; providing legal advice for the company's decision-making and business operations; carrying out relevant legal training; Responsible for the development and management of local law firms; 
• Responsible for the identification, analysis, evaluation, and response of legal risks for the front operation of the overseas factory to be assigned; Providing legal support for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating relevant contracts, company policies, and other legal documents;
• Responsible for the follow-up of local litigation and non-litigation legal affairs, timely reporting to the Group Company and implementing the Group management policy;
• Processing other related works assigned by the leader.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:

• Master's degree in law or above, familiar with the local laws of the country to be assigned, overseas study background is preferred;
• More than 5 years of work experience, including more than 2 years of overseas work experience or foreign-related legal affairs management experience, automotive and other manufacturing industry working experience is preferred;
• With professional ability and experience in commercial contract affairs, corporate law, and import and export trade compliance; Skilled in contract drafting and reviewing, commercial negotiation, dispute resolution, and handling cross-cultural and multi-jurisdictional legal matters;
• Excellent ability to analyze and solve problems, good communication and coordination skills, efficient execution, strong ability to work under pressure and team management;
• With proactive, diligent, rigorous work attitude; able to complete all kinds of work independently;
• Both English and Chinese can be used as working languages (written and spoken） Long-term overseas work is acceptable.
