Customer Care Specialist-Istanbul
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer complaints via BYD portal, emails, and calls.
- Escalate problems to the technical team or other members of the product team when necessary.
- Update customer information in the company database.
- Provide information about new and existing products and services.
- Process sales and payments when required.
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Turkish.
- Strong cross-cultural communication skills and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- New Energy Vehicle (NEV) technical background is preferred.
