About BYD Auto Hungary

On 22 December 2023, BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged, Hungary, which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and coordinate the selection, specification, and contracting of painting equipment according to process plans.

• Develop equipment introduction plans and timelines, overseeing the manufacturing, construction, and installation phases.

• Ensure that new equipment meets production, quality, environmental, and cost goals.

• Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth equipment implementation on-site.

• Monitor and report on project progress to ensure timely and successful completion.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Automation, or related fields.

• Work Experience:At least three year of experience in the automotive industry, with preference given to those familiar with the automotive painting process.
• Professional Skills:Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, P6).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Language Skills:Good proficiency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.

Other Requirements:

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Strong ability to work under pressure and independently.
• Willingness to travel.
