Deputy Country Manager
The Deputy Country Manager will work under the direction of the Country Manager and will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's sales and marketing strategies in the Polish market, with a focus on sales and marketing by developing strategic plans ensuring the achievement of sales objectives and increasing market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Country Manager of Poland to Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve the company's sales objectives and market share in the Polish market.
- Achieve the assigned commercial goals in the whole Polish market, set up target for each dealer and Supervise and evaluate the performance of sales and marketing activities and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to develop appropriate marketing strategies, ensure market positioning, promotion strategies with the NSC team.
- Coordinate marketing and dealer marketing campaigns, promotional events, and PR activities to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement and push dealer stores weekly events to achieve the sale performance.
- Maintain good relationships with existing dealership partners to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term cooperation. Help to improve the company Corporate Identity execution in the assigned Dealer store with new standard if necessary.
- Assist the Country manager in the overall strategic planning if needed.
- Other tasks assigned by Country Manager
Required qualifications:
- 10+years of overall working experience with at least 3 years as a Country Manager or Deputy Country Manager in automotive sector(passenger cars).
- Experience on B2B2C as well as B2B channels.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Excellent people management, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
- Resilient and open minded.
- Excellent communication skills in Polish and English is a must.
- Thorough knowledge of commercial management software and digital tools.

- Educational background in business administration or related technical field.
