About the Aftersales Department:
The Aftersales department of BYD Europe is responsible for all fleet operation, service & maintenance, technical diagnose & analysis and product improvement related topics concerning our full electric buses and trucks.
This is including, but not limited to providing technical support to our customers and service providers and continuous feedback to HQ and R&D teams internally for product improvement.
The main objective of the After-sales department is to build a relationship of mutual trust and knowledge with the customers, in order to ensure their continued satisfaction, which will benefit the business and future sales.
The Senior Operations Support Specialist in the Aftersales Department plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of aftersales services. This position involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring that the administrative tasks are done with great precision, coordinating with various teams, analyzing performance metrics, and driving process improvements. The role requires a deep understanding of aftersales services, and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
Technical Support
- Manage all accounting transactions;
- Prepare budget forecasts;
- Publish financial statements on time;
- Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings;
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable;
- Ensure timely bank payments;
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns;
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements;
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity;
- Audit financial transactions and documents;
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary;
- Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Your Profile:
- High school diploma or higher;
- Relevant experience in accounting is preferred; experienced candidates will be given priority;
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
