BYD France offers a range of electric vehicles, including all-electric cars, buses & forklifts. BYD is expanding its operations in France to support a growing portfolio of New Electric Vehicle Passenger car and LCVs projects.

Job Description:

1、Responsible for following up the dynamics of the dealer channel in each strategic market, and developing training program planning and course packages for new stores;

2、Responsible for the development of new products and new technology training materials in accordance with the passenger car product launch plan;

3、Responsible for collecting and researching market-related information, and producing localized marketing selling points and service techniques training materials;

4、Responsible for researching passenger car dealers' store operations and store activities, planning store activity ideas and following up the implementation.

4、Responsible for providing offline and online training to customers or branch staff in the corresponding regional market, and traveling to the local area to carry out in-store training and counseling;

6、Responsible for carrying out training satisfaction survey, and analyze the results for continuous optimization, complete the training landing closed-loop management.

7、Responsible for the operation and use of training platform, continuous research on innovative training models and localization import.

Requirements

1、Bachelor degree or above, expatriates who have studied in China are preferred;

2, fluent in English and French, expatriates need to have basic Chinese language skills, familiar with Chinese culture;

3, cheerful and talkative personality, innovative spirit, with course development and teaching ability;

4, proficient in Excel, PPT and video editing;

5、Strong communication and coordination skills, with a certain degree of stress resistance, can be qualified for overseas travel work;
