After Sales Regional Service Representative
About the Role:
The After Sales Regional Service Representative is essential in establishing After Sales activities for Passenger Cars within designated European regions or countries. In this position, you will build and maintain a strong, customer-focused After Sales service level in Italy. Supporting the network of local dealers and dealer groups, you will ensure high quality and mutual satisfaction. As a primary point of contact for our National Sales Companies and dealers, you will be instrumental in implementing and maintaining service products and After Sales propositions. You will also ensure that service procedures are properly followed and complete all necessary administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement the operational processes and systems necessary to provide exemplary service to dealers.
- Facilitate spare parts installation during start-ups and product launches.
- Identify gaps and support internal departments to resolve issues.
- Implement tactical optimization initiatives for daily operations, focusing on transportation capacity, warehouses, and service centers.
- Cooperate with internal departments and legal resources to comply with national laws and ensure timely submission of required reports on parts and accessories to local authorities.
- Work with internal teams, partners, and service providers to optimize customer communication, process flow, and parts availability planning through application and CRM.
- Collaborate with sales and service operations in resource planning, process execution, sales forecasting, inventory management, and supply chain management.
- Adopt a customer-centric approach to provide a unique and supportive experience.
- Use customer feedback to continually enhance the service provided to BYD customers.
- Stay aware of customer and market trends, anticipating customer expectations within BYD and its competitors.
- Provide reports and share information with internal stakeholders to improve customer experience.
- Document customer updates throughout their journey using the CRM platform to ensure accurate data capture.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers across digital and physical touchpoints, handling inbound and outbound communications.
- Serve as a BYD ambassador within your area of responsibility.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven and certified technical experience and expertise in Electric Vehicles (EV).
- Extensive knowledge of diagnostic tools and reporting.
- Significant experience in a similar role, ideally within an agile, start-up environment (hands-on approach).
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and work under pressure.
- Automotive background in technical roles (preferably with an OEM).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and with diverse personalities.
- Results-oriented.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Chinese, Italian, and English is required.
