Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing the quality of our vehicles across the entire product lifecycle, from pre-sales to after-sales and service support. You will collaborate with various internal departments and work directly with facilities in the Turkish market to ensure top product quality and customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Pre-Sales Quality Responsibilities:

• Visit compounds to monitor PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) performance.

• Inspect vehicles for verification and follow up on issues until resolved.

2. After-Sales Quality Responsibilities:

• Collect after-sales issues from Turkey market dealers, provide feedback to relevant departments, support on-site analysis and countermeasure verification, and ensure resolution.

• Research local road conditions, user profiles, and legal requirements in the Turkish market to assist in product definition.

• Gather feedback on local adaptation needs and drive product improvements.
• Service Quality Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate dealer service quality during the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in science or engineering,

• More than 1 year of relevant work experience in quality management. Experience in quality management in the automotive industry is preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Turkish language, Chinese language capabilities will be a plus;

• Be an effective team member, working with supervisor and colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow with maximum output;
