About the Department:
The MD Office, provides comprehensive administrative and business support to ensure the efficient operation and smooth development of the company. Key responsibilities include communication coordination, document management, project support, information management, confidentiality handling, and special assignments.
Main responsibilities:
- Arrange itineraries for the Managing Director, support the business trips of senior management of the group, and coordinate meeting schedules and travel arrangements
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including drafting agendas and taking meeting minutes. Track and follow up on key action items to ensure tasks are completed on time.
- Process approval forms and other documents for the Managing Director, ensuring proper documentation and timely submission. Maintain a systematic filing system for easy access to records and files.
- Handle daily reimbursement processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and timely processing.
- Oversee and maintain office resources, including fixed assets, office equipment, and employee care initiatives, to maintain a positive office environment.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership to meet business needs.
Qualification and requirements:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree or higher.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with experience in scheduling and travel coordination.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in preparing professional reports and presentations.
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and independent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in Chinese and English,and Hungarian is plus.
