General Specialist -HU
As Administrative Specialistyou will:
-
1.Record and manage office assets, regularly inventory, and handle procurement, transfer, and disposal.
2.Find local administrative resources, coordinate the introduction of suppliers, contract management, invoice payment, etc.
3.Responsible for the procurement and management of office supplies and consumables, control costs, and maintain procurement data.
4.Handle various bills, maintain records, create expense reports, and provide regular updates.
5.Manage the daily operations of the reception, cleaning and safety company and regularly organize meetings.
6.Develop conference management systems and supervise conference equipment to ensure smooth meetings.
7.Record and manage company mobile phone and SIM card usage, handle distribution and recovery, and control communication costs.
8. Assist in arranging travel bookings, work cars, personal life guidance, etc. for local NSC and headquarters business trip personnel.
9.Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Effective time management skills, capable of prioritizing and multitasking.
- Well organized and enjoys using technology to improve work efficiency.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese languages, Hungarian is Plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office 365, advanced level of Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Effective communicator and team player.
- Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and execution ability; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
