About the role

As a PDI specialist, focus on Pre-sales inspection of the forklift, you will be committed to forklift pre-sales quality assurance. You will be in charge of the quality control and do the pre-alert checking according to the required PDI level, coordinate with the HQ PDI team to assume a high-quality-level production releasing to the market. You will be also responsible to coordinate with the sales team and do the modification of the forklift specially required by the client. Visiting the end client to have a double-checking is also necessary when needed.

As PDI Specialist your responsibility areas will be:

• Do the pre-alert inspection for all the forklifts before they are shipped to the customer.
• Create weekly PDI reports and coordinate with the HQ PDI team to keep a high-level quality of the production.
• Be responsible for all the modification required by the dealer or customers when needed.

Your profile:

• Bachelor/HBO degree in related field like Electrical Engineering or forklift industry.
• More than 1 years of relevant work experience in quality management. Experience in quality management in the forklift industry is preferred.
• Experienced in resolving and following up on quality issues, etc.
• Good communication skills, organizational and coordination abilities, and teamwork skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
