Sales Manager -Istanbul
The Key responsibilities will be:
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives in the Turkish market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, dealerships, and distributors, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market analysis, identify market trends, and assess competitor activities to make informed business decisions and capitalize on opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment in delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, prepare sales forecasts, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes, and proactively adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Required skills, qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's degree above in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years experiences in auto industry.
- Strong knowledge of the Turkish market, including customer preferences, distribution channels, and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen to develop effective sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Fluency in Turkish and English, both written and verbal. Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Ability to travel as required within Romania and occasionally internationally.
