Job Description:

The Network Development Specialist at BYD Turkey will be responsible for the overall management and expansion of our dealership network in the Turkish market. This role is crucial in establishing and maintaining a strong presence for BYD's passenger car business in Turkey.

Position Overview: BYD Turkey seeks a Network Development Specialist to manage and expand our dealership network for passenger vehicles in the Turkish market.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement network expansion strategies for the Turkish market.
2. Monitor market trends and analyze data to inform network development decisions.
3. Plan, develop, and manage dealership networks, including expansion, operations, and evaluations.
4. Lead dealership negotiations, including new partnerships, contract renewals, and potential terminations.
5. Ensure dealer compliance with BYD standards, including CI/VI guidelines.
6. Conduct regular dealer visits and performance assessments.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align network development with overall business objectives.
8. Assist in other channel-related tasks as required.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. 3-5 years experience in automotive industry, preferably in network development in Turkey.
3. Strong understanding of Turkish automotive market dynamics.
4. Excellent project management and analytical skills.
5. Proficiency in Turkish and English; Chinese language skills a plus.
6. Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Turkey.
