Senior Service Trainer
About the department:
The BYD After Sales Service Center manages service and maintenance for our fully electric vehicles across Europe. Key responsibilities include building a robust after-sales service network, providing technical support, calculating Life Cycle Costs to assist sales, expanding the spare parts business, and delivering training programs which focused on ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
As Senior Service Trainer your responsibilities will include:

1. Responsible for the implementation and delivery of service-related training projects, including courseware development, covering topics such as service processes, dealership service operations, and customer service experience, etc.
2. Design and develop practical, service-oriented training programs, including service scripts and tools, while progressively enhancing the service training curriculum system across various formats (e.g., offline and online).
3. Develop training programs to improve service processes, service capabilities, and service awareness for service store personnel, in response to service quality and NPS assessment requirements.
4. Conduct on-site visits to understand operational management, diagnose, analyze, and define key business issues for clients, and design solutions, offering corresponding coaching and training, such as teaching aftersales knowledge and skills to the aftersales team of the service shop and providing guidance on local sales strategies and execution.
5. Participate in internal communication within the project team and project training, ensuring alignment with work direction and key milestones to ensure smooth project execution.
6. Submit required project reports, summaries, and other deliverables as per project requirements.
Your profile:

1. Possess a solid understanding of the automotive market, industry trends, and related fields, with expertise in aftersales and service processes within automotive dealerships.
2. Well-versed in the new energy vehicle industry, with a clear understanding of the current landscape and emerging trends in the new energy market.
3. Strong analytical skills and innovative design capabilities, with a keen curiosity and a strong ability to learn.
4. Experience in training and courseware development, with the ability to create effective training programs.
5. Excellent communication skills across different roles, with the flexibility to meet travel requirements.
6. Prior experience in consulting, training, or internal training is highly preferred.
7. Language skills: Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
8. Candidates must hold a valid driving license recognized by Dutch authorities.
