About the role:

Due to the expansion of our activities, BYD Electric Bus &Truck Hungary Kft. is looking for Material Control Specialist to work in the Planning department. In this position you will give full support to the Material Control Section Manager in material control.

Working location of this position is Komarom in Hungary.

Responsibilities:

• 监督产品及物料损耗率，依据物料到货情况与BOM用量确认物料实际使用情况，定期分析物料损耗状况并及时督促相关单位改善；Monitoring products and its relevant materials attrition rate, check the materials actual consumption according to its arrival situation and usage situation of BOM.
• 负责生产相关物料到货计划及风险识别与跟进；Be responsible for production materials arrival plan, sending alarm once risk found, following up till alarm relieved.
• 负责收集工厂辅料需求、完成后提交给采购下单处理；Collect auxiliary products demanding, and send it to purchase department for purchasing.
• 根据主生产计划，编制物料需求计划；Make materials demanding plan according to production plan.
• 负责物料到货工厂后的收获异常跟进处理（含返修与换货异常跟进）；Be responsible for the disposal of abnormal materials, such as repair or return for replacement.
• 及时提供物料需求预测资料给资源和采购；Provide materials demanding forecast to sourcing and purchase department.
• 和品质同事一起及时处理不良、呆滞及待判物料；Handle disqualified, excess & obsolete, as well as suspended materials with quality department.
• 负责存货用量控制，定期更新安全库存，协助降低库存成本；Be responsible for inventory consumption and control, update inventory status periodically, and help to decrease inventory cost.

Your profile:

• College degree;
• 1-3 years in similar role;
• High level of Chinese&English/Hungarian;
• Excellent in Office software.
