We are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Event Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the management and coordination of events related to the launch of new car models, ensuring extraordinary experiences for our clients and partners. You will be involved in all stages of event planning and execution, playing a key role in strengthening our brand and enhancing the visibility of our products.

Responsabilities:

Event Planning and Management: Coordinate and organize events, trade shows, product launches, and presentations to ensure maximum visibility and impact.

Logistics Management: Organize all logistical aspects of events, including venues, setups, catering, transportation, and equipment, ensuring every detail is meticulously handled.

Budget Management: Plan and monitor the event budget, managing financial resources efficiently, negotiating with suppliers and partners to stay within optimize budget without compromising the quality of the event.

Car Park: manage marketing team car park in order to allocate the cars to guests, influencers and dedicate all the marketing department fleet to events 

Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, product, and PR teams to ensure consistency and support throughout the event.

Supplier and Partner Relations: Manage and select suppliers, partners, and external agencies for event execution, negotiating contracts and ensuring they meet required standards.

Communication Management: Assist in the creation of marketing content for events, including invitations, press releases, and promotional materials.

Monitoring and Analysis of Results: Collect feedback and monitor the results of events to measure effectiveness, proposing improvements for future events.

VIP and Special Guest Management: Organize the reception of clients, partners, and media at exclusive events, ensuring a premium experience

Your profile: 

• University Degree
• 5 years of experience in roles related to Event
• Excellent Digital Tools knowledge, especially Power Point and Excel .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to prioritize and work proactively with efficient time management skills.
• Resilient and open minded. 
• Results oriented. Ability to work to deadlines, hands on approach, motivated to get results.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly and find effective solutions in high-pressure situations.
• Ability to adapt and remain flexible in a fast-paced environment, adjusting plans and strategies as needed to meet evolving needs.
• Effective and eloquent communication in English, Mandarin Chinese would be a plus.
