Product Specialist – BYD France (Product Department)

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct in-depth market research and product analysis to support strategic decision-making.
2. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights.
3. Serve as the key contact for product-related issues, coordinating with internal and external teams for resolution.
4. Assist in the localization and adaptation of products to meet market and regulatory requirements.
5. Support product launch activities, including documentation, training, and promotional materials.
6. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop product positioning and messaging.
7. Provide technical support and product knowledge to internal and external stakeholders.
8. Manage product data, specifications, and updates to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
9. Assist in administrative tasks within the product department to ensure smooth operations.
10. Support cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance product efficiency and market success.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in product analysis, research, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in French and English; Chinese skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is preferred.
