To further strengthen BYD’s expansion in overseas markets, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Promotion Supervisor to lead our promotional campaigns and enhance brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing and a passion for executing creative and effective promotional strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee marketing promotion strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and in-store activations.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Collaborate with the sales and product teams to align promotional efforts with business objectives.

Build and maintain relationships with media, advertising agencies, and other marketing partners.

Ensure all promotional materials and campaigns comply with brand guidelines and company standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fluent in English & Chinese.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, promotions, or a related field, preferably in the commercial vehicle or automotive industry.

Proven track record of managing successful promotional campaigns.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
