About the Aftersales Department:
The Aftersales department of BYD Europe is responsible for all fleet operation, service & maintenance, technical diagnose & analysis and product improvement related topics concerning our full electric buses and trucks.
This is including, but not limited to providing technical support to our customers and service providers and continuous feedback to HQ and R&D teams internally for product improvement.
The main objective of the After-sales department is to build a relationship of mutual trust and knowledge with the customers, in order to ensure their continued satisfaction, which will benefit the business and future sales.
The AS activity in Italy now has several contracts running and lots of SP in connection. The number of financial documents to be checked and reported is already huge and they will increase soon.
The main objective of the AS department is to contribute to customer satisfaction and the SP's control and strong financial contracts management.
The Operations Management Manager in the Aftersales Department plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of aftersales services. This position involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring that the administrative tasks are done with great precision, coordinating with various teams, analyzing performance metrics, and driving process improvements. The role requires a deep understanding of aftersales services, and strong analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for optimizing the business structure of the after-sales service center from multiple aspects, including strategic operations, data operations, document operations, and more, to achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement across all after-sales service center operations.
- Strategic Operations: Responsible for formulating the operational strategies of the after-sales service center, including but not limited to after-sales process management strategies, evaluation management strategies, dealer after-sales service support policies, and dealer after-sales operation management guidelines.
- Data Operations: Responsible for the analysis and monitoring of evaluation data for the after-sales service center, including but not limited to market and dealer evaluation data monitoring for both passenger cars and commercial vehicles, as well as evaluation data monitoring for various after-sales business departments.
- System Operations: Responsible for the operation and maintenance of data and information in the after-sales module of the official website and APP.
- Document Operations: Responsible for managing translation projects for after-sales brochures and overseeing document control for all after-sales documents.
- Comprehensive Affairs Operations: Responsible for managing comprehensive affairs such as after-sales personnel care, performance evaluation, and attendance management.
- Business Optimization: Responsible for coordinating the optimization of after-sales service center business processes, including but not limited to automating dealer bonus payments, visualizing evaluation data, and optimizing other operational processes.
Your Profile:
- High school diploma or higher;
- At least 3 years of experience in operations management or related fields.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Proficient in both Chinese and English as working languages.
