strategies are crucial to our success. We are seeking a Social Media Data & Paid Media Analyst who will combine advanced analytical skills with
expertise in paid advertising, driving both our organic and paid social media efforts to new levels.
This role is pivotal in helping us understand performance across social platforms, identify growth opportunities, and maximize the impact of our
advertising spend. By seamlessly integrating social media analytics with paid campaign management, this position ensures our strategies are
both effective and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Performance Analysis
○ Collect, clean, and analyze social media data (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) to measure engagement, reach,
follower growth, and conversion rates.
○ Track performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Brandwatch, Sprout Social, Meta Business Manager, Metricool,
or Hootsuite.
○ Conduct competitor and trend analysis to keep the brand ahead of industry shifts.
2. Data-Driven Insights & Reporting
○ Develop comprehensive dashboards and reports that visualize KPIs and campaign performance for key stakeholders.
○ Provide actionable recommendations to optimize content strategies, improve ROI, and inform broader marketing tactics.
○ Present findings in clear, concise formats to cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Leadership.
3. Paid Media Campaign Management
○ Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
○ Utilize advanced targeting and audience segmentation to reach the most relevant audiences, driving higher engagement and
conversion.
○ Ensure budget allocation is closely monitored, avoiding overspending and maximizing ROI.
4. Testing & Optimization
○ Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, messaging, and placements to continually refine paid media performance.
○ Collaborate with content and creative teams to apply insights from test results to future campaigns and organic content
strategies.
○ Evaluate campaign performance data regularly to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous innovation.
5. Strategic Collaboration
○ Work closely with the wider Marketing team to ensure social media efforts are integrated with broader company goals.
○ Align with Sales and Customer Service teams to provide unified brand messaging and customer experiences.
○ Share data insights to enhance cross-department decision-making, ensuring cohesive and impactful digital strategies.
6. Budget Management & Efficiency
○ Monitor and adjust ad spend in real-time based on performance metrics.
○ Provide forecasts and projections for future budgeting needs, ensuring strategic use of marketing resources.
Qualifications
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Science, Business, or a related field.
2. Experience:
○ 3–5 years in data analysis (specifically related to social media performance) and/or paid media management.
○ Proven success in planning and optimizing paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager,
Google Ads, etc.).
○ Familiarity with automotive industry trends is a strong plus.
3. Technical Skills:
○ Proficiency in social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Excel, Tableau).
○ Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization for social ads.
○ Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics (CPM, CPC, CTR, CPA) and customer segmentation.
○ Knowledge of SEO, programmatic advertising, or CRM/marketing automation platforms is a bonus.
