About the role:

As a Digital Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping, managing, and enhancing BYD Europe's digital presence across multiple platforms. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging digital experiences that align with our brand, increase customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.

 Key Objectives & Responsibilities:

• Design and implement strategies to optimize the digital user experience across websites, apps, and other digital platforms.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
• Manage and coordinate digital projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to integrate digital experiences into broader campaigns and initiatives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital campaigns and make data-driven recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to keep BYD Europe at the forefront of digital innovation.

Required skills, qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, user experience (UX) design, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
• Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, CMS platforms, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• A creative mindset and a passion for enhancing customer engagement through digital channels.
