About the role:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with a passion for creating exceptional website experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing user interfaces, enhancing usability, and elevating the overall user journey on our web platforms.

 Responsibilities:
• Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for websites, ensuring an intuitive and cohesive user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and translate findings into actionable design improvements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups that align with user needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketing teams, to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
• Stay updated on the latest UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices, with a focus on web technologies.
• Optimize designs for responsiveness, accessibility, and performance across various devices and browsers.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing website design projects.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for web design.
• Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a creative problem-solving approach.
