Fleet by dealer - Passenger cars
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Fleet by dealer expert to lead the activation and growth of our B2B business through the dealer network. This role is key to ensuring each dealership becomes an active and effective player in the brand’s B2B strategy. You'll be responsible for deploying the national B2B plan at a local level, working closely with dealerships to identify opportunities, implement actions, and monitor progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Roll out the brand’s B2B strategy across the dealer network, ensuring alignment with national business goals.
- Support dealerships in identifying local opportunities with fleets and corporate clients.
- Train, motivate, and support commercial teams to grow the B2B channel.
- Coordinate and execute local prospecting initiatives, B2B events, and commercial activation campaigns.
- Monitor and report on activity using platforms such as Salesforce and other internal tools.
- Ensure optimal use of demo vehicles for B2B customer engagement.
- Identify and share best practices within the network, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For:
- A professional with 4–5+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the automotive or fleet sector.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and dealer operations.
- Proven ability to influence and mobilize commercial teams across different locations.
- Willingness and availability to travel regularly.
- Proactive mindset, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to execution.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
